They give you a bit of variety of the writing style of the author. You can see very quickly where they intend to take their writing, and ultimately whether you see anything you are going to like. All of those factors made Gristle and Bone an attractive review proposition. 'Gristle & Bone' is a series of satisfying stories of the horror variety by Duncan Ralston. I thoroughly enjoyed all of Gristle book stories, while of course some where better for me than others, they were all worth listening to.

Ralston does a great job of keeping the stories fresh and interesting throughout and the pace moving forward smoothly. Fanni Tutti began her career inbecoming known for her performance art, her work in the sex industry, as the co-founder of pioneering band Throbbing Gristle, and for her electronic music as half of Chris & Cosey and Carter Tutti.

Her previous book, Art Sex Magic, is currently being adapted into a film. Gristle.
